Author’s Note
When I began to reflect deeply on the practice of Holy Communion, I realized how much of what we do as believers has drifted from the original intention of Christ. I saw countless people faithfully taking bread and wine, expecting renewal, yet leaving the table the same way they came—unchanged, unhealed, and uninspired. That stirred something in me. I asked God to show me the true meaning of communion, and what He revealed became the heartbeat of this book.
The Lord made it clear to me that communion was never about the physical bread or the cup—it was about the living Word. Jesus was not giving us a ritual to perform but a reality to live. He wanted us to feed daily on His truth and drink deeply of His Spirit. The bread and wine were only shadows of something greater—the daily fellowship between the believer and the Word of Life.
This book is for the believer who is tired of empty rituals and longs for a living relationship with God. It is for the one who has sat at many tables but has not yet found true satisfaction. My hope is that these pages lead you to the real table—the one within your heart—where God’s Word is broken, His Spirit is poured, and His presence is constant.
